Alpinism & High-Altitude Guiding

Born in Santiago, James has spent years guiding and climbing across the Andes. His work spans alpinism, high-altitude mountaineering, and technical rock and ice terrain, from introducing guests to snow travel to leading complex expeditions.

He holds the highest international mountain-guide qualification and works in Spanish and English. James sees his role as more than reaching a summit: he aims to be a trusted rope partner who helps every guest return home safely with an unforgettable mountain story.
